BENCHMARKING
The benchmarking, is a technique pretty good when you know the process and its outcomes, and all this from observation, this is like a proverb, "learning from the mistakes of others," this serves to prevent many "test and erros "are successful processes that make other companies or people only to accommodate the serious work environment where you work.
Performance measurement has been considered a key element in managing any organization, it provides valuable information that can be used by management for planning and control processes, and allows monitoring compliance with strategic objectives of the company.
Although some authors, in different industries, have studied the issue for some time, it is typical that many companies in the construction sector do not have performance measurement systems and presented some barriers to its development and implementation.
Is required, then the definition of indicators that make up the performance measurement system, following some guidelines:
-What are the indicators reflect the company's strategy, taking into account their objectives and goals.
-What are simple and easily understood.
-To be relevant and clearly defined.
-They have the ability to present reliable and quick feedback
-To have the collection procedure clearly defined.
-Where possible, they are automatically collected as part of the process.

OUTSOURCING
It is an intelligent and low-risk strategy, as delegating responsibility to someone you trust, you can stop worrying a bit of that process and ensure any person or company specializing in the field and guarantee the work performed.
Outsourcing is "transfer to third parties of non-core activities." In other words, to instruct external suppliers of those activities that are the backbone of negocio.Una clear definition of outsourcing is to hire and long-term delegate one or more non-critical processes for our business, a specialist supplier us achieve a greater efficiency that allows us to direct our best efforts to neuralgic needs to fulfill one of the largest misión.Una Outsourcing needs of multinational companies is that they may be in a position to offer global organizations a worldwide, with a consistent quality of service.
Outsourcing is heading inevitably towards the globalization of services and systems información.VENTAJAS OF OUTSOURCING • Lower total costs of goods and services purchased. • Improved quality of service provided, compared to what existed before. • Employees of the company can devote their time to the true purpose of your business.

ALLIANCE STRATEGIC
the Strategic allieance is very good in the vast majority of cases, in some cases is to monopolize markets, to absorb other brands or companies that are in bankruptcy, to merge other technologies, some examples of this may be Nintendo, bought the brand sega was where the character called "sonic" to give more selling in the market, what is "sonny ericsson", previously only phones "ericsson" but sony absorbed him since he was a very good company and merged budgets phone , technology and took much of the market with their phones, ranging from the affordable to expensive.
A strategic alliance is created when two or more organisations cooperate without creating a new entity. Hence, Strategic alliances do not include joint ventures. A joint venture appears when a new industrial entity is created and the participants preserve their autonomy. The new entity can sesult from the merger of two former subdivisions of each company or from the creation of a completely new entity. The participants are the parents of the new entity. Now are mergers and acquisitions alliances. In contrast, strategic alliances appear when no new entity is created, even if the alliances are formal. The industrial economics literature has shown how important strategic alliances were. So the result we got from our database were surprising, as we would have expected more alliances to have been created.

The Leadership Motivation Assessment

The Leadership Motivation Assessment
How motivated are you to lead?

The first and most basic prerequisite for leadership is the desire to lead. After all, becoming an effective leader takes hard work. If you're not prepared to work hard at developing your leadership skills or if, deep down, you're really not sure whether you want to lead or not, you'll struggle to become an effective leader.

I think, myleadership is good because I've practiced it a lot in different areas of my life, but when I'd rather just work together, if I prefer a small group.

Do you have leadership potential?

Do you have leadership potential?

According to your answers, you are likely able to envision a clear direction for your company and communicate your plans in a way that excites others. This is an essential skill, because employees will be much more willing to achieve a goal if they are passionate about it. Remember that the manner in which you communicate your vision is essential. For instance, if you present your ideas to others in a confident manner, they will likely go over more easily. People who excel in this area are innovative visionaries who are confident in their ability to persuade and convince others. They consider it essential to make those they lead aware of, as well as part of, their vision.
Areas to improve, I think it would be to handle big groups as though I've never worked with groups of more than fifty people, and would also operate and know the subject or project to work to know well what I'm going to pass or work with them.
